Car.Play Connect: Smart Sync

Um, when and why did Apple remove Aha from the App Store? I noticed a little connectivity issues during iOS 18, but when I installed iOS 26, the AHA app is grayed out on my car’s screen, Bluetooth is useless but for music and calls, and I’ve spent hours troubleshooting (yes, I’ve reset. Yes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Yes, it’s a MiFi certified wire. All software, hardware, and firmware (car, phone, apps) is updated. How is this a review for a seemingly “premium” Car Play option? Because it’s $100/year for everything that was free two months ago.

I love the wireless connection this gives. However, the connection over the last 6 months has been quite spur static. It interacts weirdly with my deck - will often connect but the screen freezes (have to back out to deck menu and tap back into CarPlay). MOST ANNOYINGLY, after I place or receive a phone call, the audio cuts in and out. Have to power down and restart my deck for it to reconnect. Quite annoying. Not a total deal breaker, but very frustrating. I have an iPhone XR. Fully updated on all things. Would make it 5 stars if this got fixed.

It connects instantly every time I start my car. Works perfectly with my iPhone, and I love the wireless feature! I no longer have to deal with annoying cables, and everything runs smoothly.
