Grounding, Earthing GroundSync

I’ve heard about grounding in the past but wasn’t familiar with the sheer number of health benefits associated with it. This app does an excellent job of showing these benefits and holding you accountable to an enjoyable routine. Starting grounding has been a fun and enjoyable addition to my schedule and I’m glad I fount this gem!

I’ve always tried grounding, but randomly and never stayed consistent. I love that this app is that it syncs my health data so I can see how it effects me over time. I do wish there were more features for meditation & breathwork, but the grounding session tracking works great

Grounding has been an essential component of my productivity workflow since the new year. This app has helped me stay on track with my goals. In the future, I would love to know how my body interfaces with the earth’s magnetosphere based on my location, solar storms, and density fluctuations in the earth’s core. Recommend!
