I'm an escape game addict and have played so many of them. They kinda look the same after all. Mani's games aren't. You play these games and go "wow, this is different". Each game Mani releases is totally unique. You never get the same o, same o. Some people complain because they want the same patterns and can't handle different points of views. I love Mani's games because each game has its own twists and I enjoy these surprises. Pixel Room, Pair Room, Panel Room, and now Replay Room! Mani, you are so talented! I cannot wait to get another surprise from you in the next release.
I very rarely write reviews. I check this developer from time to time because their games are generally reliably middle of the road and good for passing some time. Reading the other reviews here I was very skeptical, but knowing that it would be okay. I have played the rainbow of adventure escape games, but I have to say this was truly unique and in most ways completely brilliant! Though a bit different than any other type, and completely different from their other games, it was just so clever it blew my mind!! Fabulous and I wish there was another chapter!! One of the best games I’ve ever played! So simple yet so complex! Thank you!
Some difficult puzzles but a great hint system to go with it. Love the unique twist on the play with different camera angles and time aspect. And LOVE The bonus chapter at the end! Very tricky! Make sure to escape to the very very end outside the camera and then the live door. (Bring the film into the camera. I got stuck there a bit and no hint for that part but in retrospect it might have been obvious lol) And if you go too quick thru replay you might lock yourself out of the basement and have to restart the replay again to get the key to revisit the basement. Good luck! Enjoy!!
