My experience with this service has been genuinely positive. From the start, it felt different from the typical ride apps. The drivers I’ve met are professional, respectful, and clearly take pride in what they do. Everything about the platform feels built on honesty, integrity, and transparency—no tricks, no hidden matchmaking, and no favoritism. It’s simply first come, first serve, and it works exactly as described. I also appreciate that the app is still growing. Like any new platform, there can be small bugs here and there, but I’ve noticed they get fixed quickly, and the team is very upfront about improving things for both passengers and drivers. Even with those minor hiccups, every ride I’ve taken has been smooth and the service has been dependable. It’s refreshing to use a service where both riders and drivers are valued equally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and honest ride experience, this one is worth trying.
Great app, if my driver can’t pick me up, he would always send a different professional driver to pick me up. Although there there are some bugs, they are working hard to get them resolved as soon as they possibly could. Highly recommended for anyone who values safety and peace
So I met a driver and he converted me over to use this app because I could request him specifically. I booked rides 2 times, chose him and it kept giving me another driver. The first time I just contacted him an we just arranged privately away from the app. The second time I attempted to book with him again. It did the same thing, but tried to match me to the same driver as the first time. I canceled it and contacted “MY Personal” driver again. He apologized about that happening. It is my belief he would not say but it feels like this app is a scam funneling rides to specific riders on there app. I looked up drivers and only 6-9 drivers have double digit rides. I know now that my “Personal Deiver” is very busy. He works with a network of specific drivers that are at the exact same level of service as him. I do not recommend d this app seems like nepotism or favoritism or probably both.
