I uninstalled and reinstalled this game thinking that I was going to get the same products like in the ads…I guess I was wrong. Before I uninstalled the game, I did all the expansions and bought all the product licenses and I got a notice to buy new product license. Can you fix where’s game licensing products look like the ones in the ad, and add new licenses…After I reinstalled the game, the dog food doesn’t look like the the ones in the ads…I DON’T HAVE PUGS IN MY STORE MENU(I don’t see it in the licenses) Every time I play the game freezes, every time I click on something the game freezes and I have to exit the game and reenter. Every time I click on a free box the game and watch a video the game freezes and I don’t receive any free gifts. Please fix. I checked my internet and I’m connected and game still freezes, PLEASE FIX BECAUSE I LOVE THIS GAME AND I DON’T WANT TO UNINSTALL THIS GAME

I can’t access the training area even after unlocking level 35. I also wish there was more product and animals to sell.

I love this game. One thing is WAY too many adds. If you don’t really like adds, find another pet game that does not have adds. Also I saved up for a long time for staff, because checking people out is really annoying, but it only lasted ten minutes!!!! 😕
