Driver received payment and did not clear it on the app. Now I am unable to book any other rides because the app says I am still owing a driver since last month. But this man literally received his payment in front of me. I have been calling the trashy customer service for weeks and nobody answers. Isn’t it embarrassing that this country doesn’t actually anything that works like it should?

I heard the boss of lag ride was changed , reason why the app was also changed , even tho I see no reason why the app should be changed. however the new app is very trashy , I had money in the last app , it’s no where to be found in this new one, this new one doesn’t have the option to schedule for ride, no where to put card or cash trip . No option to contact customer care 🙄🙄🙄🙄Pls what sort of upgrade is this ? This is shameful . Pls bring back the old app, apparently the new boss is clueless o.
