I sent some money to my wallet sometime in December 2023, then I complained to their customer service and sent some mails. It’s took them weeks to answer. They eventually reversed the money on their app but the money never dropped in my account( they said something like they don’t support banks like opay and kuda and all that) I eventually sent them my wema bank app but the did t even reply to that. Till now. This is April 2024 and I haven’t gotten my refund. I can never refer anyone to use this app.

I absolutely Love the cars, how spacious, clean and how comfortable they are. Majority of the drivers are calm, enlightened, respectful and can hold a conversation intelligently in times of long rides. I love their ability to have them pause trips without hindering money earned thus allowing them wait when they are booked without nagging passengers to hasten up (My favorite part 😁). I however think there should be improvement on availability and possibly adding more cars to the market as it’s often a chore having to continually search for a ride before actually getting one. It would also be nice if users of the app could link cards rather than finding wallet or making it another option. It’s been my favorite compared to other taxi apps in every areas but availability of taxis.

I really enjoyed riding on lagos ride when they first launched out, and I still do, the cars are brand new, the drivers seems to be well trained and understand what they were doing. Though I noticed recently that they now have all sorts of drivers on the platform that are misrepresenting the brand, I think that should be looked into. Finally, pick up time takes too long, I hope that gets better.
