MoMo Business

It’s a business account and we want to be able to use our office machine to be sending monies and checking balances not only on phones. There should be a URL that can help us have access to our own account. Also we are trying to access it from another phone but the old phone is not giving the approval access. It’s say something went wrong. We’ve been trying so many times but still no access.

1.I registered business merchant account from their office, the Osu branch and the problem is : they added my full name to the business name so when someone is making a payment, it’s my full name which appears followed by the business name. And when someone is making a payment from their bank to my Momo business account,it’s just my full name which appears and not the business.i went to the office to make them rectify it for the to tell me that’s how it’s done now .What’s the use of MTN Business account if my business account is not what will be on the account name They don’t want to accept the fact that they made a mistake 2. Why must transfers from the main mtn business account to the merchant account should be charged when it’s the same account transfers are being made, it doesn’t make sense to me

There’s no “cashout” on the app, It doesn’t show the name of the person you are making payment to
