a loading page displays instead of the card details after card locked

There is a bug in the software or system. When I open the virtual card lock button, I can no longer open the details page of the physical card and virtual card. The software page is always loading.

Customer service continues to drag out the issue without providing real solutions. 20 days later… DO NOT DEPOSIT FUNDS! I’m not even sure if this situation is directly connected to Avalanche — it feels like someone is just trying to manipulate users. I deposited 36 AVAX on the 3rd. It’s now the 6th, and I still cannot withdraw any funds. Communication from support has been minimal and unhelpful. They also claim to offer 24/7 support, but that’s clearly not true. When I contacted support, this was the only response I received: “Maite with support: We don’t have a time frame for when this will be resolved, but our team is working hard to fix it as soon as possible.” Unacceptable experience.
