Plasma One: Stablecoin Card

This is one of the best apps I’ve ever used for crypto payments, it’s super clean, you can send from any chain and it’s deposited to your card. They also have some of the best card rewards I’ve seen by a crypto company. The only criticism I have is the that off boarding from the card back to whatever crypto currency you want is not the easiest because you can only withdraw in XPL so you need to find a swap. Other than that it’s amazing!

Onboarding is minimal—just an email and basic profile setup—with transparent permission requests for purchase tracking. Daily use is frictionless; the app quietly integrates with supported retailers, though the absence from Apple Wallet is a notable omission for convenience-focused users. Functionality is rock-solid across iOS, with reliable performance on mid-range devices. The UI is clean, prioritizing utility over ornamentation, though some may find the monochrome palette stark. Privacy stands out positively—no unnecessary data collection, clear retention policies, and easy account deletion. Monetization is fair: a free tier with optional premium features that enhance, not hinder, core use. Battery impact is negligible, with background activity kept in check. The main flaw? Limited offline access and sporadic sync issues. An exceptional cashback tool marred by wallet integration gaps. For frequent shoppers, it’s indispensable. Others might wait for improvements. 9.0/10. Power users, cashback enthusiasts.

Absolute nightmare onboarding experience. The app uses Sumsub for KYC but completely locks the front-end address field, making it impossible to type in a required unit/flat number. The system then rejects you for missing information that it literally won't let you enter. When you contact support, it gets worse. First, an agent named Jason gives a "final decision" rejection without looking at the screenshots of their broken UI. Then, another agent shifts blame to the POA documents. After finally providing a perfect statement from a traditional bank, they reset my profile, but the app just threw generic errors for days. Ultimately, support admitted, "There seems to be a bug with your current account." Their brilliant solution? Waste more time and create a brand-new account from scratch. If your core compliance and onboarding funnel is this broken and your support team can't even manually override a known system bug, the app is not ready for production. Avoid until they fix their classic software loops.
