The employees at my branch on US 50 west of Winchester are first rate. ( That’s a coincidence) I say this because I’m an old dude(85) and I need a lot of help a lot of things and they are super helpful and never too busy. Sven

I do not like that the “Available” balances shown on the dashboard include the “Bounce protection”. That is ridiculous, as it is supposed to be used as a protection against mistakes or for emergency, and so I have to mentally subtract that from all my accounts every time I open the app just to determine what is actually in my accounts. There’s no option to remove that additional fluff from our available balances. Seems like manipulation to get us to use it regularly and end up having to pay additional interest. Frustrating. If they don’t add an option to fix that, I will be switching to another bank.

The new mobile app is so clean and intuitive. I’m finding it much simpler and easier to navigate and use. Bravo and thank you.
