Ster-Kinekor

Haven’t had the ‘pleasure’ of booking on the Ster Kinekor app or website for years, and as bad as I remember the experience to be, this is significantly worse. Possibly the worst online experience I’ve had in a decade. Nothing works, and it’s basically impossible to link a Vitality movie card number to book that way. This was clearly not tested before going live. Be better!

Slow, clunky and unable to use discovery vitality discount. Keep getting error messages. Beyond frustrating. Was this app beta tested before being released? Eventually decided to go to another cinema. Why go to Ster Kinekor if I’m paying full price?

Considering the ridiculous prices you charge for movies and snacks, one would think you would be able to afford to hire competent developers. But no, utter garbage that doesnt even work at all. Completely useless and pointless app.
