I tried this new software out to see what’s new and if it can help me navigate PBS easier. I currently use BidNav but it’s still relatively complicated and the price was low on this, so I gave it a shot. I love how it’s plain language and extremely simple to use as well as quick to generate bids. There are some faults, in that it’ll spit out some bid lines with some formatting issues or wrong. But I did learn that I can just remake the prompt and even add in a line below it to fix it (kinda like chatting with it) and it fixes it. I found the formatting bugs weren’t a huge issue because when you load it to PBS, you just input it the way PBS wants it. I also got to speak with the creators (who were very responsive btw) and they informed me of all of the new developments they’re constantly pushing out, which I’ve already seen! It’s most definitely not perfect but it’s super easy, cheap, and it’s only gonna get better the more people that use it (the AI gets smarter with more inputs….PathBids = Skynet). Overall, great idea and great product. I’m really looking forward to see what it’s going to look like in 6 months!
The app is very simple to use and easy to understand. Very cheap compared to the alternatives like BidNav. I will recommend all United pilots to try this out!
