The app UX is very poor due to the sheer amount of adds on the App. Every click is a new add, and that makes navigating the app very difficult. With so many adds the app is completely unusable for people who aren’t familiar with tech like senior citizens and is very annoying for others.
Earlier this used to be a really good app, but now it barely shows the train status. One ad would be understandable, but there are so many ads that it feels like I’m opening an ads app instead of a train app. This has made the experience very frustrating.
