I’m new here, just got the app two weeks ago and let me tell you I’ve never felt more engaged at any English practice! Maybe it’s because is an AI tutor which gives me more freedom to speak knowing that nobody will judge or push too hard on my mistakes in my practice

I recently got a subscription to improve my pronunciation and enunciation of words. Everything was working fine at first, but then I suddenly stopped being able to hear the AI. Every time I tried to join a session, it would just keep loading until I had to hang up and restart the app. After every call with the AI, I had to completely close and reopen my account, which was incredibly annoying.
Also, I think the learning method could be way better. Instead of just having random conversations with the AI and getting vague feedback about what I did wrong, it would be much more helpful to have structured lessons focused on specific things I need to improve. Right now, it just feels inefficient and frustrating.
