Download Slow Food Italia’s official app for free and you’ll be able to visit producers directly on their farms or find where they sell their products. You’ll be able to sample dishes prepared by cooks who use local ingredients bought directly from the farmers and follow traditional recipes. You’ll be able to shop at Earth Markets, places for meeting and learning collectively where you can buy good, clean and fair food.

Open the app, use the location finder or search for the place you’re planning to travel to and discover the Slow Food world within a 100-kilometer radius.

Explore 400 Presidia, seeing the biodiversity protected by Slow Food up close thanks to hundreds of producers who are safeguarding native plant varieties and animal breeds and passing down crafts and traditions through the generations.

Choose from 400 restaurants, osterias, pizzerias, mountain huts, inns and farmstays whose menus include Presidia, Ark of Taste products and other typical local specialties.

Visit 50 Earth Markets that regularly host hundreds of small-scale local producers who guarantee the quality of the products they grow and produce and hear their stories.
