Very inconvenient data presentation while placing order. Not user friendly

As soon as I log in it gives a message that my account is facta no. Compliant. It maps to my nre account and not my NRO account that I want to use. I have been unable to execute a single trade from there. Even website is wierd. The orders vanish into thin air and show up only after a couple of days. For ipos both the app and website are worthless. My dedicated advisor had to apply.

The app won’t sync the transactions performed in the website. The number of clicks to perform a traction are more. Just one click buy/sell option has to be there. Worst thing is, the customer care guys are very irresponsible. They don’t even have minimum knowledge. They try to bluff the customers. Unless and until I escalated to senior manager of customer care, I didn’t get right answer.
