Using this app helped me understand that my provider isn’t actually National Grid - it’s UK Power Networks. But UKPN don’t even have an app…

Looks like it’s been designed by an Intern. Replaced the old Western Power app with fewer features particularly the location map showing all outages with report details Needs bringing into the 21st century.

Great to see a new National Grid app, although I feel this new one is half the way there with some potential great features missing such as the power cut map and easily adding multiple addresses for power cut alert. A dark mode may also be useful, hopefully it will be improved and expanded in the near future.
