Functional, but UI needs to improve. 2FA is also slow and sometimes requires multiple efforts. Support for additional card networks (e.g., Amex) would be good.
I tried sending $200 to a friend. They charged me but my friend never received the money. I’ve been trying to reach customer service, but they keep saying they’re investigating, and it’s been over two months with no resolution. The customer service is terrible! Avoid using this service, they will scam you!
The app, interface and how easy it is, is the best part. The main part … sending money is not working. After filling out all information (I like how the name is auto populated when phone number is entered) no feedback. Just white screen. No error code or contact detail. Is this even an official app?
