I had a very frustrating experience with Internshala. The platform is not user-friendly at all, especially when it comes to resolving issues. I faced a serious problem during my session, but there was no proper support option or even a simple button to report or fix the issue. It’s disappointing that a platform meant for students and professionals lacks basic troubleshooting features. When something goes wrong, users are left confused with no clear guidance or immediate help. This creates unnecessary stress, especially during important activities like interviews or applications. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and unreliable. I expected much better support and functionality from such a well-known platform. I would not recommend it unless they significantly improve their user support system and interface.

My experience with Internshala has been really nice. I got a chance to attend the ISP 55 webinar, where I learned many new things about marketing, communication, and how to explain things clearly to students. As an Internshala Student Partner, I also developed my public speaking, persuasion, and teamwork skills while interacting with students and guiding them about opportunities. This journey boosted my confidence and helped me grow personally and professionally. I am thankful to Internshala for this amazing learning opportunity.
