My company started using Nurse Magic just a couple of weeks ago. It has changed the way our nurses look at charting. They are spending significantly less time typing out long narratives and more time with their patients and families. Our nurses have embraced the app, and as a result are much happier. Overall, I can see the picture of patients much easier, especially with Nurse Magic prompting ways to improve each note. Auditing charts has become less burdensome. I cannot imagine going back to traditional charting. This is the future. The support staff have been truly amazing getting us up and running and are responsive for any questions we have.

I run a new and currently small hospice. I purchased NurseMagic for my RN CMs and it has been a night and day difference in getting documentation completed. This particular platform DOES NOT create a note or rehash the same verbiage that will compromise your documentation upon CMS review. Rather it will assist the field staff in generating awesome narratives based upon objective data inputted in a myriad of ways: brief narrative, dictation, bullet points, etc. The organization behind NurseMagic are the most supportive team I have ever worked with and I jump at the chance to promote them. The care recipient feature ensures quality recertifications and admissions that will make documentation stand out and solidify eligibility to such a degree that the QAPI team will become more effective increasing the overall productivity of the utilizing agency.
