As far as an app that you can track weights and times between sets, it’s fine, but that’s it. I have tried for days to adjust my “AI” workout to 50 minutes, it won’t update. I have “Large Gym” selected, half the machines at my gym, Crunch, isn’t even an option. Example for today, when I decided to delete the app, I am doing legs and wanted just a normal standing calf press. Somehow it’s not an option. It’s a machine literally at every large gym in the country.. Been lifting for years and I just wanted to give this a try to see if it could add some new stuff to my routine and this app just doesn’t do anything. I can ask Grok for an AI workout and get a better variety than what this app has given. I wouldn’t waste my money if I had to do it over again.
An extremely easy app to follow.. I have only 3 days in and able to feel full effects of each muscle group.. I worked out for years and have just slacked off for a bit wanting to start with a different training program.. Glad I came across this app.
This app is terrible for advanced workouts. The app said it used AI so I thought I could discuss creating a pla for my upcoming BJJ tournament and change from a heavy weights routine to an S&C specifically for jitz and the app was useless, I’m better off going to Gemini or ChatGPT. There was no option to try this app out so I paid 20 bux for the month as I did not want to sign up for a year and honestly I have no idea what I’m paying for, other apps offer this level of tracking for free. The fact that this app is rated 4.8 at the time of writing this and reading through the comments majority are negative, I think Apple need to review how their rating system is. Avoid this app if you are anything other than a beginner and if your are a beginner save some money by looking for an alternative app.
