Thursday afternoon my wife called and there are two people at the lake house at Lake of the Ozarks, Ivy Bend. I was driving home and told her to watch their activity. She replied that they were checking the doors and all around the house. I could not see on my new phone The app only showed the Arlow house picture. I called the Morgan County Sheriff and they dispatched. While sheriff was in route they broke a down stairs window and entered. The simply safe system triggered but after they had stolen two cases of beer and a machete. The guy called for Magen his accomplice to help with the beer, but the alarm sounded and he jumped out the window and they ran away. The Sheriff arrived about 10 minutes later. Got good pictures of both robbers on Arlow. The thiefs dropped everything so only damage in broken window.

I shared my cameras with my daughter, she downloaded the app and she has to pay for another account to view my cameras. I pay for the premium unlimited access. Just another way to make money, or an error in the app? There is no messages tab under settings as the help files indicate. I’ve spent over an hour with her trying to figure it out and read every FAQ and help file they have. Sigh. I’m disappointed and tired of messing with it.

The cameras have good quality videos but the app is hard to use and it is to expensive to use with the subscription and won’t work with out it I am sending it back
