Like other say zero pairing or security features. No way to name them, the only way to connect to second one is by closing app and opening again then searching. But when you search I they are called same exact thing.

How has this been out for the last few month and how hasn’t the is app team fixed the multiple device management. It’s hilarious they updated it to be able to name devices, but literally if you try and add a second device it says it will delete the previous one. Are you joking? How has all the feedback led to such a poor execution. Fix this and don’t go home until you do.

There is no reason why this app cannot support multiple diffusers. The development of this feature would take a skilled developer less than a day. I bought six of these machines and they are all being returned to Costco as I cannot manage more than one diffuser with the app. When is the release date for this functionality? Please hire the right developers to get this done. Certainly a shortcoming for this product and company. Why wouldn’t you want to sell more than one diffuser to a customer?

Terrible app, does not work, connected via bluetooth and it disconnects after a few seconds. I unplugged my unit and plugged back in, the app found it and connected right away before I even messed with the settings it disconnected again tried a few times so frustrating.
