I really wish I could give this app a better review, but honestly, it’s been a huge letdown. First off, the interface is super confusing. I spent way too much time just trying to figure out how to navigate it, and it feels like key features are hidden away. It’s really frustrating when you just want to get something done quickly. Then there’s the delivery speed—wow, it's painfully slow! I’ve had to wait way longer than expected for updates or deliveries, which is really annoying. In a world where we expect things to be instant, this app just can't keep up. And don’t even get me started on the customer support. I reached out for help, and the staff was surprisingly unfriendly. It felt like they didn’t care at all about my concerns. Instead of getting help, I felt dismissed, which is the last thing you want when you’re having issues. Overall, this app needs a lot of work. Between the confusing layout, slow service, and unhelpful support, I can’t recommend it. I really hope the developers take this feedback to heart and make some much-needed improvements!
