I love having access to my kids’ grades from my phone however I find this app very cumbersome. Maybe I’m using it incorrectly? Or there is a setting change I’m unaware of? But I have to advance through all completed quarters for “progress” to get to this quarter’s grades. On the online version of PP the current grades populate and I have to scroll back for past grades. Can you please fix this? I will be happy to increase this to a 5star if you do. Many Thanks!

The app works but can be very slow. The major issue is that it keeps switching back to the first student every time you click on a section. Sometimes, when you it would shows the name of the second student but the grades would still belong to the first. Hope this can be fixed soon.

The app has been great up until a few weeks ago. Now, anytime I open it and click on something, it takes a long time to load and sometimes just closes altogether. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, when accessing grades, it always goes to the previous quarter instead of opening on the current quarter. Very aggravating. I choose to use the app because it is more user friendly than the website. Please fix these issues. Thank you.
