I try to open an acct from the app
But am not receiving any otp
I try and number again still the same thing
So I decided to use web to create an acct
Which I was able to do it easily
But the issue is that am trying to login to the app but it’s not accepting me
It always display that your mail doesn’t exist
And it’s the mail that I use to open it from the web
And also I still fund it and it show my balance
But I can’t still be able to login on your app

My money with wrongfully withdrawn!
Their customer support is inactive. They do not reply emails, and you can’t even place calls for support! Social media handles are also useless and unresponsive. It’s been over a week, my money was debited with no explanation whatsoever, and it has not been returned.
