Through our barre, kickboxing, and bootcamp style classes, we focus on positivity, self-acceptance and female empowerment while encouraging our community to celebrate their bodies.

The Barre Code is the most efficient and results-driven fitness program, focusing on three unique pillars of physical and mental wellness: cardio, strength training and restoration. Clients of all fitness levels and ability are welcome!
