Evolve Modern Pilates is a highly effective full- body workout designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups in only 50 minutes - leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and more energized.

With an emphasis on breath, alignment, and core strength, Evolve exercises are done on a spring- based machine inspired by the Reformer. Working each muscle group with continuous variable tension using slow and controlled movements creates a low-impact, high-intensity workout that is effective and transformative. Deliberate cardio bursts stimulate circulation and promote a deeper sense of body awareness, which helps prevent future injury.
