HexaSort: Bird Allies

This was definitely not a game I expected to find myself captivated by! I was pleasantly surprised. The Ai loading screen art looked kind of cheap (cheepcheep) but the actual game is passable. I find it amusing that all the birds have basic names except for “eggshell baby.” I enjoy HexaSort games but frequently they become too difficult too fast. This one allows you to watch ads to gain power ups so it’s a little less hamfisted with the money expenditure incentivizing. The Ai for sorting the pieces is very good and frequently it will move the pieces in a way I did not expect but prevented me from losing. I hope the devs keep adding to this game and polishing up the graphics to make them less Ai heavy. I am not against using Ai in projects if it is tastefully done but, for instance, the avatars being what I see on like 90% of this caliber of game and obviously Ai generated seems cheap or lazy since you could have recycled the bird assets to create avatars that work with the rest of the art style. These are probably nitpicks though. The bar is low in mobile games and, as a consumer, it’s natural to long for better. I recommend you try the game, to those reading. It is definitely worth the time
