I’ve been using the Muscle Fit Chair Tai Chi program for six weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I signed up for the yearly plan because I wanted something sustainable that I could stick with, and it has exceeded my expectations. The exercises are easy to follow, gentle on my body, and surprisingly effective. By week six, I’m already noticing more definition in my abdominal muscles, along with improved core strength, balance, and flexibility. I actually look forward to each session because it’s both relaxing and energizing. If you’re looking for a low-impact fitness program that delivers real results while helping you feel stronger and healthier, I highly recommend giving Muscle Fit Chair Tai Chi a try. I’m excited to see where I’ll be by the end of the year!
Wow, like having a personal trainer in the room with you! Keeps you on track with rest and exercise. Quick workouts so anyone can find the time to complete them. The moves look so easy but you can sure feel the muscles worked after completion! Great for us older adults to get back into good health habits and maintain our mobility and flexibility! Can’t beat the price especially when you consider the cost of memberships.
It’s a good exercise app for the most part it keeps you going. The biggest issue is instructions at the beginning of some of the exercises don’t match what the exercise is. Some are accurate but others are vague and when you start doing the exercise the movement changes. The guy doing the exercise is also doing the wrong side. Instructions say right and he’s doing his left. Overall the so does what I wanted and that was to have a program to follow. Setting up your individual exercise program is really nice to avoid injured limbs.
