This is the wheel my therapist recommended so I was happy to find this app. Another good feature would be the ability to journal any of the broader emotions and not just the outer circle. It'd also be great if you could retroactively track some emotions. Otherwise I like this app and hope to keep using it!

This app is exactly what I was looking for! It’s easy to use, intuitive, and I like that it allows me to select more than one emotion at a time. My only request is the ability to zoom out so that I can see more of the wheel at one time. Thank you to the developer!
