Deep transformation
Beginning my day listening to the recordings, sets off a trajectory of a new level of self-awareness throughout the day. Ending my day by recording in the journal what I noticed during the day turns my attention to my progress. After using the app for nearly 2 weeks, I notice situations in life are “flowing” more effortlessly and I have a new perspective. The app makes is easy to incorporate to my daily routine.
