I’m having trouble logging into my account and after multiple attempts security just logs me out. To login to my acvount, I need to sign in to my account in Microsoft authenticator. In order to sign in to my account in Microsoft authenticator, I need to sign in to my account in Microsoft authenticator?? Why am I being caught in a loophole😭 Like how am I ever going to login to my account if my Microsoft authenticator never allows me to sign in, as I need it to enter verification codes or obtain them. I’m an upcoming freshmen so if there’s any step I’m missing please enlighten me

The school is built on a hill, and it takes me about 10 minutes just to get to my classroom. During peak hours, buses take a very long time to arrive and are often extremely packed and crowded. A 5 minute buffer time is not sufficient even Singapore Polytechnic provides a 10 minute buffer. The attendance system itself is also very POORLY designed. I am not absent, just late by 2 minutes, yet my attendance drops by 3%. Some lecturers DO NOT even bother to mark students as present and seem more concerned about getting paid than being fair. This is a large institution with sufficient budget, so I believe the school can do better. Please improve the app and attendance system, and ensure lecturers take attendance seriously, if you want students to GENUINELY enjoy coming to school.

For the past 2 weeks, my lecturer have been having issues marking attendance as 5 minutes before and after the class is supposed to start, the app refuses to work. No one is able to log into the app during those time and as a result majority of the class is late, despite the fact that we were in class on time. Rubbish attendance app.
