The new app is a downgrade in almost every possible way. The 14 day view is gone, you previously can see 7 days' worth of forecast and now it's reduced to 4 days at a glance and you have to scroll if you want to see the 5th day and onwards. oh the rain/snowfall visualization for each hour/day is gone as well so you cannot easily see the comparative rainfall per hour/day. it now defaults to "outlook" tab instead of hourly. what is the timeframe for "overnight", "morning" or "afternoon"? the hourly forecast should've been standard instead of whatever this outlook tab is. the AI tab is worthless and so are the comments. thanks for telling me to "stay dry" or if i could walk at noon 🙄. at least the precipitation map is an upgrade and advertisements/news pane are gone. however i still wished the developers kept the old app as a separate app for those of us who prefer the layout of the old one.

Downloaded app as my local station KVUE had a commercial for it. The app has useful tools but I can generally tap one or two things then the app freezes. Will be really nice once the kinks are worked out.

Wow! A total overhaul. For the most part it is good, lots better than it used to be. However, would be nice to have more “favorites” available on the main screen. Needs at least 3-4 not 1. Nice not seeing any ads!!! Please remove “feedback” statement very annoying. With a few tweaks here and there this will be a very good weather app. So far seems to be pretty accurate also. Another “HUGE” thing with this app is it does not collect any data like most. It’s a weather app does not need to know my email, or my purchases, so for me this is HUGE!!!
