Thank you Courtney for such a fabulous workout app! I love the options you provide for all different lengths of workout and focuses - no matter what I’m looking for I know you will have a workout to suit my needs. Being pregnant now, it’s so nice also having options that I can do during this new phase of life and know I will love the postpartum workouts in that next phase! I love that everything is efficient but still effective, I get sneaky sore from the workouts even though they are never a huge time commitment! Love FFM!

I absolutely love Courtney’s workouts! Her workouts flow so well and feel really good. I have done yoga and Pilates for years now and this is by far best at home exercise for it.

Mat Pilates, Barre, and Yoga inspired sculpt workout videos. The workouts are low-impact, challenging, efficient, effective, fun and can be streamed anywhere at any time.
There are also prenatal and postnatal workout programs.
Optional props needed: yoga mat, 3 lb hand weights, 5 lb hand weights, 8 lb hand weights, 1-2 lb ankle weights
