The machine itself is perfect. The issue is with the app. The first couple months the app worked just fine. Now it won’t show the pictures and won’t download to the cutting space. This wasn’t an initial issue because I mostly use the machine to make cute sticker labels. However it is deeply upsetting that my parents spent over 100 dollars on the machine and I can’t even use the gift I got to make stickers that aren’t just words.

The software seems to glitch no matter what device I’m using. Each time I add artwork to canvas it oversizes the art file despite having correct dimensions and dpi, so then I edit and once I’m ready to cut, it sends me to a preview screen where all my editing is set to default again. Now I’m forced to make Jigs and play with DPI until it comes out as close as it is to original art file, I’d sacrifice all those free graphics in the home page if the software was a bit more stable and user friendly. Just makes it less motivating to get the paid version.

I’m running this on my iPhone 16 Pro. After editing a few elements, the app becomes extremely laggy and buttons stop working, such as the “copy” or “delete” button. This gets frustrating when all I need is a simple function to work, but instead I need to save the work, then restart the app every couple minutes of editing.
