CEN Exam Prep & Practice Test

This is a great app. It’s great to use on the go. I can take a few minutes out of my day to do a quick CEN test. I do 20 questions per test, and I do five test a day. which is perfect for me to review each day. It’s great to be able to answer questions, and any questions I miss. I love that it gives me a rationale as to why I missed it.

There is some good study review material on here, but I have found too many typos to recommend it fully. There is also some false/confusing material (saying AB + blood type is a universal donor, for one thing) or questions that do not give enough information about the patient to be able to choose accurately from the answers. They need to fix these and have some healthcare professionals review this app before charging for it.

I want to love this app, and I do find it very useful. However I am only on my second test (40 questions in) and I have already found 2 questions that are patently false. For example one question claimed AB+ to be the universal donor, stating that AB+ blood can be given to anyone of any blood type. Which is exactly wrong, it can only be given to an AB+ patient (making them a universal recipient).
