I no longer have the option to submit the “amount due and on date due” It appears I now need to do this on a monthly basis which basically eliminates what the bill pay did for me. I have also gone to the North Muskegon branch and received the same information. I would appreciate notification that this indeed is the case so I can make other arrangements.

This is the worst banking app I have used to date. The old banking app was much better then this. It does not display a running balance after each transaction and transactions are not added to or subtracted from your balance right away anymore. I could suggest anything it would be to add back the running balance totals like it was in the old app and make it more efficient in real time. I am supposed to have a security feature on my debit card to protect me from over drawing my account, that if the money is not in my account it will decline the transaction, but when the app can not keep up with the purchases and it is allowing transactions to post when there is not enough in the account. Vice versa when there has been money added to the account because of the delay in posting i am unable to use my card right away. i think there is an issue that needs to be fixed.
