Easy to use.

For a short ride to get some movement in, it’s fun but that’s about it. You can’t pause the ride without it charging you by the minute so that’s a deterrent for anything but a quick ride. I also experienced the battery dying on me 40 minutes into my ride. There is a battery indicator but it doesn’t translate to remaining time. I didn’t think a 2/3 charge would last less than a one hour flat land ride. All that being said I appreciate the option since I can’t store a bike.

I believe the bikes are enjoyable and the per-minute pricing is acceptable during actual use. However, the inability to pause the rental for a break or to spend time at a location can lead to exorbitant costs, potentially reaching $50 for a single trip, which is unreasonable. This limitation might contribute to the service's underutilization. Introducing a feature that allows users to pause the rental for up to 30 minutes while retaining the bike, with the condition that it must be returned to a station at the end of your use, could be beneficial. Without such adjustments to the fee structure, I am reluctant to continue using this service.
