Dear Techincal Teams, I encountered a critical bug during the login process that could potentially compromise customer data security. Here are the details: - On the first login attempt with a registered account, access was denied, even though the credentials were correct and worked fine on the web. - When attempting the “Forgot Password” feature, no reset link was sent to the registered email - When using the “Forgot ID” option and entering either the National ID Number (NIK KTP) or phone number, the system displayed a verification prompt directing the reset link to an unrecognized email or phone number. This is a serious security issue as it may expose customer data to unauthorized parties. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to your prompt response.
