PlayScout: Playground Finder

This is a wonderful app! I can’t believe it hasn’t already been created yet, but grateful it has now. Not over done, user friendly, and so much potential for additional features. Feels great to be able to contribute to the database of parks and have made it a game with my 3 year old to discover fun new parks together. I just downloaded this app and it’s amazing. It’s everything I was looking for in a playground finder app. The UI is easy and clean. I love that it shows nearby parks and includes an aerial view. I love all the filters! I love the sheer amount of meaningful data!! The only problem is that for it to function at its best, it’s requires a community to add data on each park they visit. My area doesn’t have a lot of added data. That’s okay - I’m just going to add it myself. It’ll be my own little notes of what parks to visit. And I’ll try to convince my friends to do the same so we can operate on more knowledge. Thank you for building such a beautiful app!

I’m a frequent traveler and am always trying to find local playgrounds. This is a great resource to see what’s in the area. I love contributing to updates to make it more informative for the next family.
