myHappymind is the U.K's leading mental health organisation, all of our content is grounded in science and research and are programs are backed by the NHS. Our engaging and fun program supports children to learn positive habits to support their resilience, self esteem, wellbeing and overall happiness.

The myHappymind App is for parents and carers of children at myHappymind schools. It is designed to inform you about the myHappymind program and to help you to embed myHappymind habits at home.


Inside the myHappymind app, you can:

- Access video tutorials so that you can learn all about what the children are learning at school, and pick up a few tips for yourself too.
