I’m a little baffled that this app is launched and in use. I’m not even sure where to begin, but I’ll try… Users cannot be added manually, they must sync via CSV from your SIS. That would be ideal in most circumstances, but the problem with that is they don’t always pull over all the student and user information. We had new families waiting weeks into the new academic year for access. Some families still cannot get in. When an event is posted, parents receive a notification that it has been posted but doesn’t say what the event actually is. You just have to go through the event list and guess what’s new. Teachers and administrators cannot message from the mobile app- it has to be from a desktop, but parents cannot access their account from desktop, only via the app. It is a very confusing and clunky platform and I would not recommend it to anyone.
