Do not bother installing this app. It literally does nothing except take up hard drive space on your device. Shouldn‘t even be available from the App Store.
The app often freezes saying there’s an error and you can’t login so need to close and restart. Mapping to session details doesn’t always work correctly when days are collapsed (not in expanded view).
I spent hours trying to get the app to work 😡the event organizer requested support for me - they replied to her with questions and she told them to contact me directly and cc me on the email I replied to the email and after numerous emails they said they couldn’t help me because I had to be referred by the event organizer to get help - I felt like I was in the ground hogs day movie - I wonder if they understand English 😞 I’m very tech savvy
