I bought this camera because it was cheap (you get what you pay for). The camera quality is ok, the sound is not. The app is the real problem. It took me like a hour to get it to finally connect to the camera. The system settings don’t allow you to adjust to “event recording”, so the camera just records to the sd card all day long. I have notifications on, but I get no alerts when motion is detected.

The camera is good quality it doesn’t pick up the video poorly it does have volume. There is night, vision and all of those are great qualities, but where my problem lies is the fact that I cannot save my video because I can’t get the subscription because whenever I push the subscription it says put in a payment method but there’s nothing else there just says put in a payment method so if I get robbed and I want to see the video. I can’t because I’m unable to buy the subscription and it doesn’t save it. I would get five stars if they update their app to where Americans are able to purchase the subscription. Because the camera is good, but it makes it worthless because I can’t save the video and when I put in an SD it keeps telling me the SD card is not detected

At first I couldn't create an account either. I had the camera ready to send back for a return and tried the software one last time before I dropped them in the box and this time it worked. The reason they want you to sign up for an account is they want to to subscribe to their cloud recording service. It's not a bad price, but not something I need. So, if you came here to complain, that's understandable, but give it a few tries over a couple of days before you give up.
