Obsessed!
Obsessed with the define app! The workouts are quick and so effective. Perfect to break up the day when working from home. I love that I can get a good sweat in with no excuses because it fits so seamlessly into my day. I love the classes with both Jo and Jacqs! 10/10 recommend!

I love these workouts for a quick but effective workout at home! I love doing them at the gym - but also love the fact they can be done anywhere, especially as someone who travels often 😊 and for the price, it’s SO worth it!
