Cashmatrix is wonderful app with instant deposit and swift withdrawals

This app is always frustrating me. To deposit in would never be a problem but before I can withdraw I have to contact the coustomer care before I can withdraw my funds There's no day I will want to do transaction without contacting coustomer care first aghhh which kind bank is this?? Please you can do better. I was at fault for thinking your app is reliable not knowing it's a liability for my funds Which kind of bank is that

I was only using it cuz it was not using bvn i just downloaded it back and someone transferred to me they did not say they need bvn when the money was to be transferred it when i want to withdraw they are now saying rubbish Omo very bad app don’t recommend i was stranded that day and the money was my last hope
