I attended Boulevard World with my family today 26 October 2024. I bought 3 “premium - world platinum” tickets, each costing me SAR 350. The webook app indicated that these tickets would grant fast track access to many attractions. Obviously, I purchased three tickets (for a total of SAR 1,050) assuming that that we would have access to all important attractions (it’s my first time at Boulevard World). Unfortunately, when I visited Boulevard World today, I discovered that all important attractions were “not included” in the package. So I guess I paid SAR1,050 for a bunch of “less attractive” attractions!! Bottom line, I strongly suggest to whoever is using Webook, to book only the SAR 30 ticket. The other tickets are worthless!!

If you are planning to visit Saudi Arabia, this is the only official application where you can find all events and activities. The tickets are priced without markup increases, and you can resell the tickets here also. Good luck and welcome to Saudi in advance ❤️

I had to download the app to receive tickets for one event that I went to, thinking I would just delete the account after I used it for one singular purpose. In order to delete your account, you have to request it be deleted and someone is supposed to get back to you in 5-7 business days. I have repeatedly requested that my account is deleted for 2 months now and nothing has happened. In a new update, you have to share your location with them before being able to navigate the app— big red flag to me…anyway, would love to be done with this app forever & have them finally delete my account!
