If you wish to have more moments of observation and insight, we believe that practice and actions are keys. Using Mind Check, you will build a constructive habit - whenever you have intense emotions, thoughts, or sensations, we encourage you to write about them. Or, whenever you find yourself zapping on your phone aimlessly, we encourage you to write about your present instead. All that can happen with Mind Check.

The app is very simple to use:
1. Go to the Answers tab
2. Click the + button
3. Choose a set of questions you wish to answer
4. Type your answers or record them

You can also create your own Question Sets - a way to lead the direction of your thoughts.
